  4. We require your Google review username to obtain the necessary information via the Google review API. We do not store or share your username with any third parties.
  5. While we cannot guarantee the exact number of reviews, we strive to meet your expectations. If you do not receive your services, contact our support team, and we will correct the issue.
  6. We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service.
  7. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their account is set to “public” (and usernames are not changed) during use of ReputationManage. Any downtime caused by changing settings to “private” will not be reimbursed.
  8. By purchasing, you affirm you understand what you’re buying and agree not to file fraudulent disputes. Any chargeback will result in permanent suspension from our services, and we will take action to remove any services provided to you.
  9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of our service or content without prior notice or liability.
  10. It is your responsibility to regularly check for any updates to the Terms.


Refund Policy



General Policy

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  1. Free credits or promotional services.
  2. Services that have been fully delivered and confirmed.
  3. Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

Refund Process

  2. Our team will review your request and notify you within 3-5 business days whether it is approved or denied.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.


Right to Deny Refund

We reserve the right to reject refund requests in the following circumstances:

  2. Multiple refund requests for the same or different services by the same customer.
