  • Verification Data: Email address, phone number (for 2FA), and links to your public profiles (to verify account age and legitimacy).

Payout Details: Information required to process your earnings/credits (e.g., PayPal email).

3. How We Use Your Information (The "Double-Blind" Protocol)

To protect the integrity of the review process, we practice data segregation:
  • Matching: We use algorithms to match Businesses with relevant Reviewers based on location, language, and interests.
  • Anonymity: We do not reveal the real name, email, or phone number of a Reviewer to a Business User, nor do we reveal the private contact details of a Business to a Reviewer, unless explicitly authorized by both parties.
  • Communication: All communication between Business and Reviewer happens through our internal messaging system to protect your identity.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website (e.g., email hosting, server hosting), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
