Strict Prohibition of Commercial Use
ReputationManage provides its services strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use of our products or services is expressly prohibited. To ensure compliance with applicable laws and to protect our users, we strictly enforce the following terms:
- You agree not to use our products or services for any commercial purpose whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Promoting or advertising any business, product, or service
- Generating income or revenue
- Gaining any form of commercial advantage
- Influencing potential customers or business partners
- You shall not use any indicators of social media influence obtained through our services (fake reviews, or boosted ratings) to represent your influence or importance in any commercial context.
- You acknowledge that using fake or artificially inflated reviews for any commercial purpose may constitute an unfair or deceptive practice under applicable laws.
- If you are a business or acting on behalf of a business entity, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.
- ReputationManage reserves the right to terminate services immediately to any user found to be in violation of this clause or any applicable laws regarding the commercial use of social media metrics.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to unfair or deceptive practices in commerce.
By using our services, you affirm that you understand and agree to these terms, and that your use of our services will be solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and educational purposes only.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the services provided by [Reputation Manage] (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms. We connect Business Users (“Businesses”) with Reviewers (“Reviewers”) to facilitate feedback and reputation management.
2. Service Description
- The Role: We provide the software and network to connect Businesses seeking feedback with independent Reviewers.
- No Guarantee of Content: We do not dictate the content, sentiment, or star rating of any review. All reviews reflect the honest opinion of the Reviewer.
3. Review Integrity & Compliance
To maintain the integrity of our marketplace, all users must adhere to the following:
- Honesty Policy: Reviewers agree to post only honest, unbiased feedback based on their actual experience with the product or service.
- No Coercion: Businesses may not threaten, harass, or withhold agreed-upon compensation to force a positive review.
Third-Party TOS: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their actions comply with the Terms of Service of the destination platform (e.g., Google, Trustpilot, Yelp). [Reputation Manage] is not responsible for reviews removed by third-party platforms due to policy violations.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Post fake, defamatory, or misleading content.
- Use multiple accounts to artificially inflate a business’s reputation.
- Solicit reviews for illegal products or services (e.g., gambling, adult content, regulated substances) without proper licensing.
5. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
- Connection Fees: Businesses pay a fee to access the Reviewer network.
- Non-Delivery: If a Reviewer fails to provide the requested feedback within [X] days, the Business is eligible for a credit to their account.
- Review Removal: We do not offer refunds if a review is later removed or filtered by a third-party platform (e.g., “Google Ghosting”). Our service is the connection, not the permanent placement of the review.
6. Limitation of Liability
[Reputation Manage] shall not be liable for:
- Account Bans: Any suspension or banning of Business or Reviewer accounts on third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.).
Reputation Damages: Any negative impact on a business’s reputation resulting from honest negative reviews facilitated through the platform.
7. Termination
- Connection Fees: Businesses pay a fee to access the Reviewer network.
- Non-Delivery: If a Reviewer fails to provide the requested feedback within [X] days, the Business is eligible for a credit to their account.
