1. The Warranty Promise
We understand that third-party platforms (such as Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, etc.) frequently update their algorithms to filter User Generated Content. Sometimes, legitimate feedback from real users can be “ghosted” (hidden) or removed by these filters.
Our Guarantee: If a review facilitated by our platform is removed or filtered within 30 Days of the delivery date, we will provide a Free Refill (replacement review) to restore your count.
2. Eligibility for Refill
To qualify for a refill, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: The drop must occur within the Warranty Period stated on your specific order receipt.
- Proof of Drop: You must be able to identify which review was removed (e.g., “The review by ‘John D.’ is gone”) or show a decrease in the total count compared to the “After” count verified in our system.
Platform Consistency: The URL of the business listing must be the same as the original order.
3. How the Refill Process Works
Unlike automated social media services, our refills are manual. We cannot simply “press a button” to restore a review.
- Re-Assignment: We must assign a new Reviewer to your campaign. We rarely ask the same Reviewer to post again, as their account may have been flagged by the platform for that specific listing.
Timeline: Because we are using real people, please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refill to appear. We prioritize safety and “drip-feeding” over speed to prevent further filtering.
4. Exclusions (When We Cannot Refill)
We reserve the right to decline a refill request in the following scenarios:
- URL Changes: If you have changed your business handle, merged listings, or deleted the original business page.
- “Private” Status: If your page or listing has been set to “Private” or “Temporarily Closed” by the platform.
- Aggressive Posting: If you have purchased reviews from other providers simultaneously. (We cannot be responsible for drops caused by low-quality spam from other vendors).
Policy Abuse: If we detect that a client is abusing the system (e.g., deleting reviews themselves to claim free new ones).
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Refill Policy is your sole remedy in the event of a drop. As stated in our Refund Policy, we do not offer cash refunds for dropped services, only replacements. By purchasing from us, you accept that algorithm updates are outside of our control.
